    Last updated: April 2026

    1. Service Overview

Honeyrock provides an AI-powered communication and management system designed to assist businesses with inbound and outbound calls, customer communication, job management, and administrative tasks.

Full details of our packages and pricing are available on our website at honeyrock.co.

    2. Payments & Billing

Subscription Fees: Payments will be automatically collected at the start of each billing period using your preferred payment method chosen at signup.

    3. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

Data Access for Onboarding: To facilitate onboarding and deliver our services, we require access to specific customer data. This may include, but is not limited to, customer names, contact details, and relevant business information.

Subprocessors: We use trusted third-party subprocessors, including but not limited to Zapier and Twilio, for the purposes of call handling, data transmission, and platform integrations. These subprocessors may access or process your data in transit, but only as necessary to carry out the onboarding process and service delivery.

Data Security: We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption during transmission and secure storage. Your data will not be sold to or shared with third parties except as required to deliver the service.

    4. Intellectual Property

All Honeyrock assistants and any custom setups created for your use remain the intellectual property of Honeyrock. This includes any package names, branding, and associated website IP, excluding the underlying AI product itself. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use these assistants as part of your subscription.

    5. Termination & Cancellation

Subscription Termination: Either party may terminate the service with 30 days' written notice. Any outstanding charges will be billed accordingly.

    6. Limitation of Liability

Honeyrock is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the total fees paid by you within the last 12 months.

    7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

    8. Amendments

Honeyrock reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website at honeyrock.co, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
